About Exotic Woods
These usually tropical wood species are found outside the United States
and exhibit distinct properties that make them very attractive. These
woods are very resistive to termites, are very durable, have a long
lifespan (15+ years) and tend to keep their color and hardness with the
passage of time.
Our woods come
from the largest tropical forest in the Amazon
region where very high temperatures and high annual rain fall encourage
a dense growth of lush forest around the equator grows an extraordinary
variety of trees.
